Most Helpful Positive Review Weaver 30 mm Cantilever Scope Mount

Solid, made in USA product. Wing nut and jam nut provide several options for lockup. Used on a precision 20" AR with a Vortex Viper. Nice, light, and sturdy scope mount, well worth the extra cost over the lesser Asian made version.

The Weaver SPR 30mm Optics Mount is a solid well-made scope mount, it holds tight no matter how many shells I fire beneath it... At a price that is easy on the wallet and a beefy ridged frame I expect this guy to hold up for years to come...

Just what I wanted

Exactly what I was looking for. The quality is awesome and to look is nice and clean. You can find something a little lighter but this feels like it will last. I’m using it on a ruger MPR 5.56........

Quality mount

This is a quality mount for the money. It is nicely machined and the thumb nuts work great. There are lock nuts installed with the thumb nuts that can be used in 3 different configuration. Also this model is made in the USA!

Simple design, rugged and well made. Precise scope ring fit and rail attachment. 4-screw per ring allows gentle torque application to scope tube yet holds tight. Package includes wrench. Can be easily removed for a range of shooting disciplines or semi-permanent to permanent for law enforcement and duty use. Correct height for AR flat-top platform.

best for the money

I put this on my bushmaster m4 with a leupold patrol 1-4 power, what a perfect combo. I think this weaver mount covers all the bases. Decent price, made in usa, perfect height for flip up iron sights, it has a nice finish and is very compact and light weight.

Weaver SPR scope mount

Product is well made, locks down tight. I have not had any issues at all with this mount. Mounted Steiner scope to an AR and the process was super easy. Rifle has held zero thus far. I like the fact that is has a locking nut to back up wing nut style base nuts.

Weaver SPR 30mm mount

Excellent mount. Tried removing and reattaching mount several times. Zero was perfect each time. SPR is well made and fit my Troy AR rail exactly. Have the other made in China spr and this US made version is superiors in every way. Nice, and good value for the $$$$.

Great mount for the money. Not as quick to install as some other mounts, but at less than half the price it is well worth it!

This was the perfect mount combo for my Sig 716 and Leupold Mark 4 that I had found. Good price, double screws on each mount for durability. I am happy with this product.

Good for the money

The one complaint I have is there were no specs on how tight the screws should be. I had to email Weaver to make sure I wasn't over-tightening. Overall, it's a good mount for the money.
