Works Great
Used this at an AR-15 Armorer's class and was very useful for removing and reinstalling pins. A few of the specific disassembly/assembly points are charging handle, front sight tower, bolt, and lower receiver.
Handy Block
I have a lower resting in this block as I write. It’s quite hard and can resist the hammer hits necessary to drive pins.
It has a nice feature that it will hold the forward assist forward the right amount as you drive the pin.

Useless for lower work.
Bought this to help building my first ar15. As the title said…it’s basically useless. It wouldn’t fit my Aero Precision Lower. A block of wood worked much better and it was free.

perfect for removing A2 sights
For anyone who has had to remove A2 sights from the factory in order to replace the gas block can attest it's a pain in the a$$. This little block helps significantly and works just as well as the old brownells block I lost last year.

FSB pin holes don't line up
I bought this bench block for one purpose and one purpose only - to drive out the FSB pins on an LMT carbine upper. With this in mind, the bench block failed miserably. The front pin hole barely matches. The aft pin hole was completely off the mark. I had to drill out the aft hole to make it bigger and then take the Dremel to cut a relief channel for the pin to fall through. How hard was it to build a product to spec?

Great Tool Set
Purchased this set to begin my first build. Very useful set glad I started here. Includes picks, wrenches including torque wrench. Great storage case makes it easy to transport or store as needed. Expect to get lots of use from this.

excellent product
This is a must have, for anyone working on the AR-15 platform.Most complete bench block, on the market. Optics planet had a great price on it. Has spots for every roll pin. If your working on a lower, or a gas block.You will see the advantages. Even has a great A2 front sight area.

AR bench block
I have used this on a few AR style rifles. It certainly made tasks easier and eliminated the need to use other holding blocks to mount in a vise. Saved loosing pins, springs and time for removing or inserting springs and pins and other tasks.

Makes It a Breeze
This bench block makes (dis)assembling your AR-15 rifle a smoother experience.
Your barreled upper receiver will no longer roll around on your work bench or in your lap.
When you punch out the various pins, they'll be collected in the corresponding holes.
Overall very nice... a little overpriced for what it is but very nice.
Took apart my first upper receiver with it and it helped.

Delta Series AR Armorers Bench Block
Used this block on my last AR15 build. Very useful. Like a 3rd hand. Numerous different positions for various parts installation. Would recommend. Helps to avoid scratching your lower receiver. Can be used for both upper and lower parts install.
