This review is an update on an issue i discovered with the LRS Adaptor Plate. In my precious review i had stated that the adapter plate screws didn't fit into the top receiver of my Mossberg 940 Pro Tactical 12 Gauge Shot Gun. I looked into a company called GG&G & i found a Picatinny Rail mount that was available with the proper screws which are designed to fit the receiver of my shot gun. I ordered this rail & when it arrived i immediately worked on this project. Long & behold the provided screws fit perfectly & i was able to mount the Williams GunSight to the adapter with no issues. Now the project is complete & the sight & adapter are married in perfect harmony. I totally recommend the Williams GunSight & adapter which is really made for long guns not hand guns.

Perfect Fit for Mossberg 500

I got this to go with the LRS sight. At first I installed the sight on my pic rail and with the Mossberg 500, I felt I would need a cheek riser to get a good view. I took off the pic rail and added the Williams adapter and BINGO! Perfect cheek weld and clear view through the sight. Additionally, the Williams adapter is sleek an takes up less of footprint versus the pic rail. The mounting screws fit perfect.

Seamlessly Niccccccce

I recently purchased the Williams GunSight LRS Plate Adapter to attach the LRS Gun Sight. The products are excellent & are a perfect compliment to each other. However i did run into an issue with the Plate Adapter screws. I discovered that the 2 sets of screws that are provided do not fit my Mossberg Tactical Pro 12 gauge shot gun which came drilled & tapped for use with a Micro Dot Sight on the receiver. I am currently looking for the right size screws to use with the LRS sight.
