Most Helpful Positive Review Good ammo, ok price
As we all know, finding 556 for .70 cents is pretty good these days... sad, but true. This ammo is nice stuff. I like the offering and that each box purchased supports U.S veterans. Goes bang, doesn't jam.

Nice ammo it arrive before i expected looks good, but the box says 125 round and it come in w/123 rounds, i know is only 2 bullets but i suppose you have to get what do you pay for, have nice day every one of you.

Great product

These rounds shoot without any jams or misfires. My AR-15 was easy to clean after running over 100 runs through it. Very little carbon residue to deal with. I would recommend this product to anyone who enjoys shooting well made ammunition.

  • Being able to punch through a barrier without needing a larger cartridge does have its advantages

  • Round costs a little more

It Shoots!

Good for Range and basic training. It shoots! For the price it shoots! Makes shooting at the range cheap and once again it shoots. Let me ask you the question, would you rather have ammo sit in your chest,safe etc or would you rather (for the price) just go out and shoot.

Enjoy the price ! Enjoy your life and more importantly enjoy shooting this cheap ammo. You know why?! Because IT SHOOTS.

This Ammo Is EXPLETIVE.

This has no connection to Optics Planet whatsoever. I love Optics Planet. THIS WINCHESTER AMMO IS EXPLETIVE AND IS A DISGRACE TO THEIR NAME. THE ACCURACY ON THIS AMMO IS PATHETIC. I have found that two shots will shoot in a tight group and the third shot goes inches off. This is laying prone at 50 yds, shot out of an LWRC rifle with a Timney single stage match trigger, and totally supported with front and rear bags. I was also told by a competition match shooter of about 35 years that this ammo is also EXPLETIVE. I would wish that Joe Jack would take all this ammo and trade back for his Hornady to the deserving citizens of the USA.

5.56 Ammo update

Great price for today’s market. Good time on getting my shipment will use again. Ammunition is ready for shooting nice clean ammo. Was short 2 rounds out of 125. No jams on the 5.56. Box arrived early and in great condition.

works very well

Very good ammunition given the situation and price increase but honestly it's still cheaper here on optics planet than it is in local shops asking for a dollar or more per round. Hopefully times get better and some what back to normal soon. I highly recommend this stuff if you're looking for green tips. The best I've seen as far as quality and price balance.

Never had a misfire in >3oo rnds fired. Seems to burn clean too. Decent price by today's standard (I remember when $ .38 per rnd seemed pricy).........................................................

Great Ammo

It’s great ammo, it feeds reliably in my AR15. Not the tightest group but it’s not made to be match grade. Shipping was quick, however when I received my order, both boxes of ammo were busted open. Definitely will order again.

As always great ammo from winchester. Went through the whole box of 125 and no flaws. The (m855) have always been one of my favorites. Received very quickly from optics planet. Great price on the box of ammo as well, if you look other places you will see a higher price.

Great Ammo

What can I say? Winchester.. you’re dependable. Well the Ammo itself shoots well, not too many hang ups out of a 400 round box. The Market still has these sky high but the downward trend seems to be continuing. In general this is good ammo for training.
