No, the SGM Tactical Muzzle Brake Saber Boss 12ga Saiga & Vepr is not designed to fit or work with suppressors as it does not feature any mounting lugs or options that are compatible with suppressors. It is designed to be a compensator with the ability to breach doors.
I recently got a Saiga 12 type shotgun, so after doing some thinking I ended up buying a few accessories for it, like this muzzle brake. I like the looks of it, looks good on the shotgun, added weight is negligible.
