Questions & Answers
Will the Surefire DS-SR07-D-IT remote cable switch work with this? Expert Answer

Yes, the Surefire dual pressure switch that has the lead for both the laser and light will work with any of the Steiner lasers that accept a pressure switch.

Does anyone know if this ir laser has a visible red glowing dot like most ir illuminator when powered or is it completly dark even when powered? Expert Answer

The unit has a 850nm wavelength which means it will have a red hue to it. You would have to be looking at IR lasers and illuminators with a nanometer wave length 900 or over where it is invisible to the human eye. IR that is in the 850ish nanometer wavelength will have a visible red hue to them as they are on the edge of the visible light wavelength to the human eye.

Helpful Positive Review very bright (too?), not so low profile by jay, October 3, 2017
Appears to be well made. The zero knobs seem to offer positive beam pointing adjustments, though I don't know how susceptible they are to being inadvertently knocked about. It hasn't yet been subjected to significant shock nor rain. I haven't trie...

Looking for a reliable, lightweight laser to use for pig hunting. Seems very well made, and easy to see aim point out to 150 yards (using a PVS-14) at night. Probably will illuminate targets further. Comes complete with pressure pad, or can be set t...

This is an affordable alternate to many other Steiner lasers on the market. I wanted something that was both affordable and made by a trusted company. It holds zero and is fairly simple to use: Off, momentary pressure switch, and constant ON. Zeroing...
