The handguard requires you to use it's barrel nut. So if you want to just swap out the handguard it will not fit. Especially if you are using a PSA upper. Beyond that it was a nice handguard. Too bad I have to return it

The Stern Defense SD M-LOK Handguard Rail is an ultra-short and light-weight rail solution that is completely free-floating. This rail by Stern Defense utilizes M-LOK technology and features the "Insert now, Attach Later" feature. The benefits of a short rail are that you get a very slim profile and greater control of your AR based rifle. With this shorty rail you also get a very low profile and allow the barrel to extend out so that it doesn't hit rail at an uncomfortable angle. A low profile is great for a CQB scenario where you can keep you hands occupied instead of fumbling with a hot barrel or having an attachment laying around that is awkward to operate.
