The mount that is pictured in all the photos does not come with it. Even the models that say pre-drilled have no mount. Follow the sizing chart and you will be ok. I had to trim the foam a bit to make fit perfect but might just be my odd head.

I also ordered the bracket. The pre-drilled holes were a little off. No matter how you lined it up one hole was always off. You can make it fit but would have received 5 stars if all 3 holes matched correctly

The US Night Vision PT Helmet A Bravo has been created to make sure your most important tool is kept protected in case of impact. This Tactical Helmet from US Night Vision is a lightweight 4 point suspension helmet. The US Night Vision PT Bravo Helmet comes with a nape pad and multi chin strap. The chin strap on this US Night Vision Helmet can be used for a more stable NVG platform or as a standard under the chin strap. There is removable EVA foam for maximum comfort and breathability. The drill pattern on the US Night Vision Bravo PT Tactical Helmet allows for various rectangular and triangular mounts including MICH, PASGT, and Norotos.image
