Does it's have locking turrets? resettable to zero?

Actually, Chris, it does not specify anywhere in the specs that these turrets are resetteable or lockable. It only specifies here that with the rev-stop system you can set a stop at your zero so that when dialing back to YOUR zero, it stops there rather than going past your zero. When scopes have resettable, locking turrets it will specifically say that, as that is a separate system from the zero stop.
