I received the above 900 range finder. I have a 600yd of same brand. What I don't understand is the specs for my 2yr old 600 range finder works on deer out to 300yds, but the 900 lists the same specs so what exactly did I gain by purchasing the 900....

Good range finder for the money. worked accurately and easily acquired targets. Liked the true ballistic range ability, that helps with elevated shots. The only draw back is in low light conditions it is difficult to read the display.
