Sig Sauer revised the P220 pistol design (approx. 1998) with a new style mainspring system, and a new style trigger bar spring. Current grip production has been revised to fit both new and old spring systems.

This is the best grip I have had on my Sig 220 Combat. The grippy feel and slim girth allow me to have a secure and solid controllable purchase on this pistol. Comfort and accuracy have improved Immensely. I definitely recommend these grips.
