No, the Magpul Industries X22 Backpacker Optics Mount features a picatinny rail and would only accept picatinny compatible mounts. It is also not long enough to accommodate a scope that is using 2 separate rings.
If you're going to use an optic on you 10/22 takedown you're going to need this. You could mount on the receiver, but it's doubtful that you could keep a "zero" if you took down the rifle. This keeps the optic with the barrel, keeping your zero.
