I have a Rock Island 12 ga. My 12 ga .44 mag adapter works well l can put a hole in the center of a clay pidgin at 50 ft first shot with it

When I get this adapter for my CD N4S how will I fit my bullets into the magazine?

This adapter is for break action shotguns only. It would not work properly for your shotgun, especially semi-auto with the magazine.

Can this shoot 9mm as well? Since 9 and 357 are the same diameter? Ruger makes a revolver that can shoot both, I was wondering if that could be done

No, this is an adapter meant specifically for a 12 gauge break-open and converts that barrel to .38 Special/.357 Mag.
