Will this handguard fit a dedicated AR9 upper receiver with an 8.5" barrel?

The 8" model of the F-1 Firearms AR-15 X7M Handguard will work with an AR9 as long as it has a Mil-Spec dimension upper receiver compatible with AR15 handguards.

Will this work with a 12.5” barrel?

As long as you are using a standard AR15 upper receiver, this handguard should fit any AR15 platform rifle/pistol that doesn't utilize a D-ring and fixed front sight. A low profile gas block is recommended as well, as the internal diameter is 1.3".

Will this handguard fit the Sandman s suppressor inside and if not is there any f1hand guards with the open style that you would recommend

Unfortunately that suppressor has a diameter of 1.5" and is too big for this handguard, 1.3". Here's a link to an F-1 Firearms handguard that has a diameter of 1.55" and will fit that suppressor.

MPN X7M-8-BLK is 8", X7M-12-BLK is 12", while X7M-15-BLK comes in at 15".
