Will this stock hold metal AK magazines made for AR platform? or just standard Magpul/Pmag magazines?

The manufacturer states that the FAB Defense AK-47 Survival Buttstock W/Built-in Magazine Carrier is compatible with a 10 round magazine. I recommend contacting the manufacturer to see if it is compatible with a drum magazine.

If I already have the fab defense shock stock setup will this just slide on in place of the old fab defense stock

This stock should have no problem fitting most commercial or mil-spec buffer tubes.

Unfortunately, the Fab Defense cheek risers will not work with this stock. You will need a universal cheek riser.

does this stock adjust in length for people with shorter or longer reach?

This stock will install onto any multi-position carbine or A5 buffer tube. This would give the shooter the ability to adjust the length of pull.

Will this fit a Savage model 10 ashbury percision rifle .308?

Yes, this stock will fit both mil-spec and commercial tubes. The Savage Moeld 10 Ashbury Precision Rifle uses a mil-spec carbine buffer tube. It should be compatible.

This particular model would fit onto an AR-15 but likely would not fit an AR magazine properly. Here's a similar stock for the AR platform.
