The GG&G Mini-14 & Mini 30 Ranch Rifle Mini Red Dot Scope Mount is not compatible with the Holosun 507C.

Can I use a vortex Huey gen 2 holographic sight with this?

No. The GG&G Mini-14 & Mini 30 Ranch Rifle Mini Red Dot Scope Mount is designed to fit mini-red dot scopes like the JPoint, Doctor, Burris FastFire’s, Leupold Delta Point, Trijicon Red Dot (non-RMR), and the Vortex and Venom optics. It does not fit optics with a picatinny rail mount. I would recommend the GG&G Ruger Mini-14 Scope Mount, which will fit your Vortex Huey, and can be found by using the link below:

Is the mount pattern compatible with the Vortex Viper & Venom?

GG&G states it will accommodate the Leupold Delta Point. It will not work with the Vortex Viper/Venom at all.

will i be able to use my mini 30 iron sights with the mount installed or does the mount block them?

You will be able to use the front iron sight with the red dot. But won't be using the rear iron sight with the red dot at all. And if you want to use just the iron sights would have to remove the red dot from the mount.

Will this fit on mini 14 Tactical Stock

The stock will not affect the mount. This mount will fit any Ruger Mini-14 that has the two half circle cut outs on the top of the receiver.
