What's the height of these? Will they align/ Co-Witness with the front TROY Micro BattleSight?

No, these will not match up with Troy "Micro" sights. Troy's "Micro" description is in reference to the actual height of the sight when it is being used whereas Knight's "Micro" description is in regards to the profile of the sight when it is folded. The Knight's Micro sights are still full height, AR back up sights while the Troy Micro's are almost a half inch shorter in height.

Why does this rear sight cost $175? Can anyone seriously tell me? I want to buy one & am curious. Am I missing something? It’s just one sight right?
