The inner diameter is listed by Midwest Industries as 1.3" and the smallest height of a Superlative Arms Adjustable Gas Block is 1.303". I would be somewhat concerned in regards to the height. You would need to verify with Midwest Industries directly to verify what the entire inner height is, but I do not believe that gas block will properly fit under this rail without running into fitment issues.

I have this handguard in 10.5" and confirm my superlative arms adjustable gas block (.750 gas journal with set screws) fits without issue. The top of the gas block is not contacting the inner surface of the handguard. Note however, when dialing in the gas block, the adjustment screw is on the front (muzzle) face of the block, thus large muzzle devices will block your access to the adjustment screw. You may still be able to adjust from the side, depending on the design of your hand guard (through the Mlok slots for example)..

Superlative gas block 1.426
Riflespeed gas block 1.53
Larger I.D. Handguards to fit these larger diameter gas blocks from these reputable companies. Midwest Industries, Strike Industries, Samson, and IIRC Griffen just came out with a larger rail. There are others also just need to search around online and check on I.D. as most will provide that in specs. If in question and not sure call or email if either is available. Legit and honest companies will be glad to help as they want a good rating reputation for you to tell others, and if they don't then that will tell you a lot about them.

Yes! It will fit! The 1.303” refers to the maximum diameter. That would include the gas tube inlet, which fits easily inside the channel below the pic rail.

It should easily fit the superlative arms gas block. I have the midwest industries slim line handguard which has the same internal dimensions as far as height goes (which is the only measurement to be concerned about when it comes to suparms gas blocks) and I have their .750 clamp-on piston system installed (which has a taller gas block than suparms' basic adjustable block) and it fits inside the handguard just fine.

No, it will not work. Midwest says that the SLR Sentry 7 will work for this guard. (Note this is for .750 Gas Block journals) but your mileage may vary.

The SA .750 clamp-on gas block will need a minimum inside diameter of 1.35. That will still interfere with mlok screws underneath the gas block. You want to leave some room for the barrel and handguard to flex without touching each other.
