Unfortunately, NcSTAR does not provide a recoil rating. The optic should handle most setups though.

The mount on top will fit the NcStar Micro dot sights.

Is it 30mm tube or 1 inch tube

There is no tube diameter because it is a unique and proprietary housing. That is why there is a mount included with the scope.
