Currently, the system is designed only for use with direct gas impingement system.

The Pantheon Arms Prometheus Take-Down Kit w/Handguard For AR-15 is compatible with most Mil-Spec AR15 upper receivers. So if your Spike's Tactical Upper is Mil-Spec and accepts Mil-Spec handguards the Pantheon Arms Prometheus Take-Down Kit w/Handguard For AR-15 should work.

Depending on the measurements m-lok may be compatible but not guaranteed.
