Can you please confirm which reticle comes with this sight?

It is MAD Milling for MPN: SOT65114 and MOA Milling for MPN: SOT65113 the picture of both of them is if you see the 3 pictures of reticules the far right one. They both look like that but each different for Mil or MOA shooting.
