Is it compatible with the Acog and the m4a1 railing system?

The Strike Industries T1 Riser Mount is not compatible with the Trijicon ACOG. It will only fit optics that share the Aimpoint Micro footprint. Email us at Techsales@opticsplanet.com and let us know what model ACOG you have so we can recommend a mount that will work for your setup.

The Strike Industries T1 Riser Mount for AR Platforms has the ability to provide an absolute cowitness (1.4") or lower 1/3 cowitness (1.6") with the use of the included spacer.

will this work with the Holosun 507C?

The Holosun 507C uses the RMR footprint. The Strike Industries T1 Riser Mount for AR Platforms is for the Aimpoint Micro footprint and will not fit the Holosun 507C. The Strike Industries REX mount at the link below will work.

Can just the lower part of this mount be used with a sig Rome 5 xdr?

The Strike Industries T1 Riser Mount for AR Platforms lower portion can not be used with the Sig Romeo 5. The lower portion just not have the mounting surface to mount that sight.

No, it will not. This is for the Aimpoint micro footprint. The DeltaPoint Pro uses the Shield footprint. You need one like this:
LU-MT-171861 or LU-RMT-120056-1
