do they make an adapter to fit sig sauer p220

The Ultradot L/T Red Dot Sight uses a picatinny mount and is not compatible with standard mounting footprints. You would need to use a picatinny mount that fits a Sig P220. Unfortunately, we do not carry anything that would work for your P220.

The battery life is going to be user dependent, as the time will range depending on brightness levels.

Is this a Auto shut off, shake awake sight. And does it come in more or less moa size's?

It is not a shake awake. You will need to press both up and down intensity buttons at once and press/hold them to shut it down.

No it will not. This is a picatinny mounting base.

Ultradot LLC, will repair or replace, as it deems most suitable, any product which is defective in material or workmanship during the warranty term of the original purchaser, provided the product is returned by the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
