Flat Dark Earth. Common color for gun accessories although every manufacture has a slightly different shade. Andoized FDE also varies in shades even on the same product.
Very good. I have one on my Bergara HMR B14. The only thing I don’t like is the lack of zero stop turrets.
Yes its will handle being on a 16" .308
Yes its good for hunting
No, the diamondback tactical series scope does not have zero stops
Eratac adjustable inclination mount
These would be the closest color. As anodization and coatings can very from batch to batch, the match may not be perfect.

30mm rings.
The color will likely be slightly different. Also this is anodized, so every batch may have a slightly different color tone.
the difference is
second focal plane: reticle doesn't grow or shrink with magnification adjustment.
zero and windage/elevation in the reticle is only 100% accurate at max magnification.
first focal plane:
reticle grows and shrinks with magnification adjustment
zero/windage/elevation hold overs in the reticle are accurate at any magnification.
this is typically only an issue for prs setups. competition/ hunters who take long range shots and need precise adjustments especially in areas with valleys and peaks as wind speed drastically changes between them.
I honestly recommend a first focal plane as learning to use it makes you a better shooter/hunter all around IMO. it also makes getting your dope setup much easier as well. if you don't have a ballistics calculator a cheap/free option is the Hornady app that can help you a lot. kestrels and chronographs are the best way imo though. I suggest watching mdt and dirty civilian as as they explain it better than I can or anyone else I've watched to make it easier for anyone interested in getting into the precision shooting world. learning how to take a precise and accurate shot at numerous distances translates everywhere and can be incorporated in any other type of shooting
best of luck to you my friend
