BCM charging handle
I love the weight and feel of this charging handle. It also gives more surface to grab in a hurry which is my primary reason in purchasing. It also makes me cool to say that I have a BCM gunfighter on my primary pew pew.

The old ones are better
I recently built a few AR based rifles.
I purchased BCM charging handles because I liked them so well on my old builds.
This new model mod 4B sticks and jams if you don’t grab it just right.
The old one was smooth as butter pretty much however you grabbed onto it.

Not impressed by any means
25 years of 3 gun and USPSA I never really purchased to many BCM parts. OP had a good sale on this so I figured I’d try. One month in, dryfire 5 days a week for 15min and 1 live fire practice a week. This thing shows more ware than my Rise Armament one does in a years time with the same average practice schedule. I would never buy this again at double the price of a RA. Junk

Like another review, I found this handle to be terrible. You have work at even getting the latch to release, may work a few times and then you rip your fingers off when it wont open. Returning!

Bravo Company MFG BCMGUNFIGHTER Charging Handle
Must have upgrade for an AR. Medium size is perfect and the fit and finish is well above any milspec handle. Nothing but quality out of BCM. You won't be disappointed. What can you say about a charging handle? This one finishes off any AR build nicely.

Good charging handle for a scoped rifle
I put a scope on my AR and discovered what so many before have - the charging handle is now too short. Add gloves in cold weather and it is nearly impossible to use. Unless you want to pull your glove off over and over.Something had to be done. Enter the BCM Gunfighter charging handle. This little beauty was literally a game changer and made my AR great again! I chose the large latch on one side and am glad I did. It's perfect sized to get around the scope and glove issue and is not so big that it looks awkward. If you are right handed (like me) it's still easy to use...just bring the hand over and use your little finger. Construction is excellent and runs flawlessly. I'd buy another one in a heartbeat.

A real difference
For a long time, I didn't think that there was any real difference between charging handles except the size of the release, and that the extra cost of the BCM was for the name so gear whores could show off. Oh, how wrong I was. I caught one on sale for a good price, and I was very surprised! I still don't know how they do it, because it looks and feels like every other charging handle outside the rifle, but it is waaay smoother in use. Either straight back or charging from one side, it is slick and smooth, and has no resistance on the return to battery. It locks up tight with no rattling. I'm waiting for the next sale to get a couple more for my serious rifles.

Very practical! A must have!
Makes manipulating the charging handle so much easier! Definitely a must have component for any AR! Check the pictures to see the difference between the stock handle and the BCM handle. The lever is significantly easier to grab.

Easy to use, better than standard
The slightly larger than Mil-spec latch is wonderful. Great to use when you have a slightly bulkier optic, but doesn't poke your back or get caught on straps. Better than mil-spec standard in almost every way.

Works well for price
I haven't been able to put as many rounds through my ar build with this thing as I would like to given the whole world collapsing/ammo shortage and all. That said, I think it's pretty cool for the price and I would definitely recommend it if you don't have a massive budget. Get that AR built now before it's too late!
