Nice BCG, it runs very smooth in a Aero M5 upper. The coating is top notch and slick with very even surface. The machine work looks great with no visible flaw's. The bolt fit to BCG is perfect as well as firing pin strike depth. We will see how it holds up long term. So far so good!

Nice bcg would buy again

Seems to be very well made the coding is nice doesn't have very many tooling marks the only issue I had with it the gas rings have really sharp edges on them they seem to be cheap but have put about 60 or 70 rounds through the weapon and it seems to function well and the price was pretty good compared to others made the same

Works beautifully

I saw this BCG on YouTube as I was looking to build and AR10 and learned that it worked with the AP M5 upper. This thing is SLICK right out of the box. It feels like it will slip out of your hands that's how good the coating is. I have close to 600 rounds on it and after a quick wipe down, it looks like it just came out of the box. I've had no issues with it at all. I paired this up with a JP captured spring setup and they work great together. I will be getting one of these for my regular AR.

A little Expensive but Really Slick

Best BCG ever

I have purchased 3 of these bcg's so far and for the money they are the best. I have other bcg's but none compare to the finish on the Mistic Black that I have. These are so slick and work perfect in my Aero Precision M5 builds. I have 2 308's and 1 6.5 Creedmoor and all work great. I don't know why the one guy had problems in his 6.5 build but the 308 carrier works fine in mine. Try one in your builds, you won't regret it.

A good bolt.

I am in the process of building a 6.5 Creedmoor Ar with the intent of long-range targets. This BCG is designed to opperate with various calibers including 6.5 Creedmoor. I haven't had a chance to use it yet but, it was recommended by a friend who uses this one but with a different coating.

Performs Great and Cleans easy

Ive used Crytic Coatings BCG's for years now and while you might not notice a "performance" increase, you'll be happy you bought it when its time to clean. No more scraping, no heavy solvents, no elbow grease. Just wipe with a microfiber cloth, use your favorite lube and THATS IT!! If you can afford the hefty price tag, its a no brainer. You will thank me later
