So far I am very pleased with this optic. I mounted it on my Sig MPX fits perfectly and looks great before I received it I was worried it was going to be too high but turned out perfect. As far as performance the dot is crisp and I really like the field of view seems way better than looking through a tube. I zeroed it with very no trouble and hold zero perfect.
Pros:
- Crisp dot, wide field of view great build quality.

Looks cool. Maybe a tough unit. But parallax is unusually high compared to any other red dot I've used. There are 7 daytime brightness settings, but some are barely different than the setting above it. I would say it has about 3 useable settings. Parallax is about 6 inches at 50 yards across the viewing area side-to-side. My other RDS (Sig Saur) have about 2 inches. Parallax is especially worse on the left side of view. Parallax is similar in the vertical as well. This is the second unit I've had. First went back because level 2 was missing altogether. Sometimes it would come on, but it was dimmer than level 1. All in all, I have to say this is a failure. I would return it if they would let me. Just recently noticed it was difficult to get sighted in. Thats when I took notice of the parallax. A huge waste of money. It is a rather pricey unit. I expected a lot more.
Cons:
- poor optics, and poor light level control
Best Used for:
- showing off something unique at the range.

Gotta say it is one cool, little, sculpted piece of metal. I personally love well made and designed mechanical pieces of art. It is a Military Grade RDS, along the lines of Eotech or Aimpoint, but much lighter. Hard to say if it is any "better" at what a RDS does or not. My other RDS's are Sig Saur Romeo 5's. I like them too. The Sig's tint the view a little blue, this one does not. In fact the warm color transmission caught my attention right away. Great glass. I never realized before the Sig's were tempering the color spectrum before I looked thru this one. I seen some reviewers complain of a red halo when light comes from behind the user. I do see that, but I see that with the Sig's too just from a different direction. Back light behind my right shoulder gets reflected back in as a red kind of Halo. But it is still plenty useable.
It seems to me the intensity level spread from full brightness to the second level is a bit too large. But once I tested it outside in bright sunlight it made sense. I really like the rectangular window. It has a great field of view compared to a round RDS. You can see the red dot from the front. In fact you can see the red dot from about 30 degrees off of center. The dot appears to be suspended in mid-air inside the unit when viewed from the front. Unless your opponent is very close, and has night vision I don't see it as a problem. This unit does have night vision mode. While the NV Mode highest setting is visible in a rather dark room, I was...

I ordered this sight because it was supposed to be better for people with an astigmatism. Sadly it did work so well for me and my tired eyes. I will say the prisimatic scope did seem to be an improvement. The dot image wasn’t as distorted. I feel that battery listed was a bit short for my liking and the battery tray being plastic was a little cheesy. Those issues aside it’s a well built scope and imo the housing is just as strong as an aimpoint. I can’t comment on the FC-1 overall as I returned it due the above stated issues. If you don’t have the coin for an aimpoint this is a good option as it has actually been military tested.
Cons:
- Shorter battery life than similar RDS
- Battery tray held in with two small screws
- one push button for all functions

I purchased the FC1 holding my breath since it is a relative new military rated optic on the civilian market. That doubt is gone when I received it. It is solid, rugged, and easy to activate and sight in. I love the intensity levels of the red dot prism with the stigmatism in my dominate eye, I have no problem with a crisp sight picture. I would be remiss if I didn't say it also looks good on my platform! It's all business developed by a allied country who has the extremes in weather conditions that this product passed for service use in it's own armed forces.

I happened to hear about this product from a youtube review and decided to roll the dice on an unknown brand. When I first opened the box I was shocked at how tiny it was and almost returned it (I was expecting from the pictures it to be close to size of an EOTech but it's not even close) anyway the mount it supurb and the dot itself is crisp. I only gave it 4 stars because I have yet to take it to the range for zero confirmation but I doubt it will have any problems. One negative is the battery compartment which resembles a CD player tray only u have to unscrew it with a tiny phillips head screwdriver. The battery life isn't the best either so not sure if this is a SHTF optic like an Aimpoint or Trihicon. But overrall I am impressed with it and if it holds zero at the range I might get another down the road.
Pros:
- crisp reticle
- strong mount
- functions similiar to an EOTech
Cons:
- Battery Life
- non-American product (South Korea)
- a bit pricy for a relative unknown brand

I have many red dots including the eotech and the trijicon, well let's ad another DI OPTICAL FC1. This is great! It uses a standard button 2032 lit. Battery that's on all the time , you just adjust the intensity .the prismatic lenses lends a clear vision. The fact that it powers down is a big plus for types of us who forget to turn it off,
Been there, done it. It also stands high up on the carbine to look through the peep sights. If don't want that , you can change it. Pull out a disk ,use the short screw set. A civilian sight that you can use with IR, PRICELESS! The quality anodized construction stands out. Another fine addition to my set.
Pros:
- heavy duty, good quality material
