Great budget scope
People that trash this scope don’t know what they are talking about! This scope is clear and once it’s zeroed in you’ll hit bullseyes at 100 yards. You can’t expect it to be like a $500 scope. If your not looking to break the bank for a scope this is a great option.

Waste of a scope
Laser worked fine until I put it on my rifle and fired it. After 2 shots it stopped working and the cross hairs of the scope would jump when fired. Bad scope waste of 130$ don’t buy ever.i wish I could get my money back or at least let the company see this review so they can improve there product. I...

2.5 yr review
I bought my 2.5 - 10 Barrage from a different company, but recently have begun to use OP due to their wide range of inventory, good prices, and customer reviews.
I’ve probably put about 250 5.56 rounds through my AR with this scope attached. I have had no functional problems, it’s accurate at 50yrds for me, I’ll just list the things I do and don’t like about it. Keep in mind it’s a super cheap budget scope.
PROs:
Sturdy attached mount
Quick release base
Clear at 10x, I only ever zoom this far in to study my groupings, I shoot at 2.5x
Objective lens pulls alot of light, scope is never dim
CONs:
Eye relief is stated to be up to 130mm (~5 inches), I get max 1.5”
Mount is centered on scope so it must be positioned all the way aft on my AR by charging handle
Scope feels HEAVY
Other:
Illumination has 5 brightness settings, but I prefer a plain reticle so I don’t use it
100 - 500yrd pre-set elevation adjustment for .223 seems neat, but I don’t shoot that far out, assume it would be similar for 5.56 loads

Just don't
It's cheap, have not live fired it yet and honestly probably will not. The eye relief is non-existent, the overhang of the rear eye peice isn't enough to positively aim with a backup sight and it does not mount far enough back on an AR Rail for you to get a clear sight picture without having your nose touch the sight itself. The illumination is useless, daylight just turning it on completely obstructs your view from lense glare and there's no way to focus it properly...low light don't bother, it's blindingly bright on the lowest setting. It's a great airgun scope, and that's about it
Pros:
- Looks cool
Cons:
- Everything you'd want from an optic
Best Used for:
- Airsoft
- display

good design bad build
I picked up 2 2.5-10 Barrages to replace one that I have been super-gluing back together for about 2 years now. I simply replaced the old one with the first new one sent the target to 25 yards and had a 5 shot group that was less than an inch but low and left. Took the target out to 50yrds and still had a tight group but was 2 inches low and 3 inches left. With the 1/2 moa per click I went up 4 right 6 (50yrds doubles adjustment that would be use at 100) and I've no idea where the round went as the paper was untouched (12x12 grid on a 16x18 paper) fired one more and still missed paper. Returning the adjustment to original setting fired 5 rounds and the group was everywhere(about 10 inches)centering low and left. I think the reticle has come loose internally. Changing to the second scope I find it to have a laser (ff13065) not a big deal as my original also had a laser. Sent the target out to 50yds and did not hit the paper. I then turned on the laser set it on the target ignoring the scope and had a solid 1" high 4" right. I then adjusted the reticle to match the laser fired one shot and hit an x, turned the laser off fired 4 more gave me a group of 6.5 inches heavy to the left. I am very disappointed in both scopes with there inability to hold a setting but on the positive side the laser is quite accurate if you use the 10x and ignore the reticle floating around it. I still have to try the other scopes from my order but it looks like this product is a bust necessitating...

Mine Works Fine!
I did not know this Firefield had these bad reviews- until after I purchased one. But hey, it does what it’s supposed to do for a bargain price. I shoot 2 cm groups at 100 m. I couldn’t do any better than that with an expensive scope. I’m an old, arthritic dude and this scope does better than I do! Sure as heck, I am NOT gonna pay more for a scope than I paid for the rifle it’s mounted on!!
Pros:
- Inexpensive and works well enough for the semi-amateur shooter
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- Target and hog hunting.

No good for 5.56 use
It’s a ok scope for a 22. But I’ll be sending back to get a refund or different scope. Eye relief is very short. Anything over 5 power gets very blurry. I did read the reviews and saw the low marks this scope got but I was hoping it would be ok for my 10/22. I sighted it in at 50 yards and got somewhat close to bullseye. But when I zoomed in it got very blurry and fuzzy. I ready can’t recommend this scope for any use other that a paper weight or door stop.
Pros:
- cost
Cons:
- bad optics
Best Used for:
- paper weight

Stay clear - Scope is junk, company is worse
I purchased this scope months ago. It was delivered defective - the elevation adjustment would not work. I got an RMA from the company SELLMARK.NET. I had to pay the $13 UPS shipping to them. They sent a bad product and I have to pay the shipping - Really. After UPS showed it had been delivered back to them I waited and they never contacted me. I eventually wrote to them for a status of my return. They admitted it was defect but had none in stock to replace it. So here it is months later and I'm still waiting. I have no faith anymore that the replacement will even work based up all the lousy reviews it has gotten at so many sites. The company / distributer SELLMARK.NET is one of the worse I have even seen. They rarely respond to email inquires and at this point I'll probably throw the scope in the trash if they ever replace it.
Pros:
- None
Cons:
- company sent bad product
- comapany support is horrible
Best Used for:
- lining my trashcan

Waste of money.
Thinking that I didn't need much of a scope on a SR22, I purchased this scope. The only thing that it has going for it is the range of diopter adjustment. The problem is that if you focus on the reticle, the target is blurry, and if you try too focus on the target (which you never achieve) then the reticle is blurry. I was trying to sight in at only 25 yards.
