This bipod is strongly build and gives a great stability to my rifle.
Pros:
- Rifle is practically leveling itself using the gravity

I chose this product for my Huben K1 PCP rifle as it doesn't have a piccatiny rail under the stock and I didn't want to change the original. As the only option to mount is the top piccatiny rail, I faced a big problem during installation. I couldn't install it because the mount of bipod touched the objective of the scope(5-25x56).So I ordered a 1" piccatiny riser mount to elavate the scope and fix the problem. Except this problem I loved the product. It is a bigger than my former replica Atlas bipod but also very sturdy. For me it has useful features like automatic retracting legs, high quality folding and quick detaching mechanism. It really feels that it was made for toughest firearms. Lastly, even it is a bigger than an average bipod, it looks very compact when the legs folded parallel to the barrel.

The amazing part is the above bore mount is invisible through the scope, while blocking the bottom half of the objective lens.
Cons:
- Chinese
- Chinese manufacture

My brother gave me his old heavy AR10 and this bipod is just right for open field or the range. Being over the bore, the rifle kind of 'self levels'. There is panning and tilt if needed, and all is adjustable. Check out the various YouTube videos on it, but good value for what it does. Will buy more things from Optics Planet in the future.

This is a very sturdy bipod and the overall quality is great. The features, like the swing radius and how easy it is to attach and remove the bipod, are a huge plus. This is an excellent purchase. Recommended. Also want to thank Optics Planet for guiding me as to what bipod was best for me.
Pros:
- Good quality, good price.

it will be a must they offer extra mounts for my other rifles as I don't need to have more than one bipod,.. but i will use this with all my long rifles just quick connecting the bipod to the top of the rail is easy
I use it on my multi barreled M4 swapping only the upper complete actions. very stable the weight is below the swivel so the rifle hangs naturally upright under its own weight DA Best set up IMHO
Pros:
- superior design rugged enough
Cons:
- cant find the mount sold separately yet
Best Used for:
- prone or bench long range

If you want a bipod that leaves your handguard free for gripping, this is a great option; however, the bulk (folded and not) required to allow the legs to pass around the handguard makes this impractical for any field use. Keep the QD mount on the front of your gun for when you go to the range but otherwise, find another way to support your firearm in the field. If this could somehow be able to adjust the angle of the legs so you can adjust them around your handguard, that would be ideal.
Pros:
- Stays out of the way of you handguard on shorter platforms (MDRX)
- Great constructions, solid stability
- quick detach is simple and easy to use, locking screw is nice to prevent accidental detach
- spring retract extensions are nice but loud (don't use while hunting)
Cons:
- Very wide legs (has to get around the handguard)
- weirdly enough I wish the legs had more give for applying back pressure when pressed forward
- folding is a little clunky but not bad, modification required to fold backwards
- bulky when retracted (no way around this as it has to go around the handguard)
Best Used for:
- range shooting with large platforms

The over bore and quick detach are great. I did remove the stops that block the legs from folding rearward allowing me to store legs either forward or rearward. As far as the quality it is not one of the $300-500 bipods but it seems solid enough with a little bit of forward and rearward play. About same quality as the Chinazon knock offs of other bipods I own. I wanted to put it on my PA 6.5 grendel but it does not work on the foreend I have on it. My foreend the first slot on the top rail is set back .75 inch and has rail sections on both right and left sides. The .75 setback of the top rail combined with the 2.5" wide foreend the leg locks hit the sides of the foreend when depressed not allowing the legs to be deployed. The width of the foreend also blocks the tilt function from working properly. On the bright side it works on my AR with a .5" rail set back and 1.5 wide foreend also on my AR with no rail set back and 2" wide foreend.

I took it to “the range” this weekend i put 30 rnds through my Ruger precision 6.5 creed. And still no battling with it at all. Level, tighten, shoot. I sighted in my 22-250 with a caldwell pan tilt and fought it the whole time shimms and bs. I was ignorantly used to leveling my walmart travel table then annoyingly fighting with the under bipods to sit right, let alone feel right. Just for one shot. Then those giraffes legs would skitter back on my table and then start anew. I gotta twist my wrist hard enough to keep a gun on top and level. This bipod is boobies& beer from the second you sit down behind it. Leveling the gun was but a body/butt shift and it was level. Then it hangs and the only thing moving the gun is the blood pulse in your shoulder pocket. Im 6’5” 165# soaking wet so my skinny frame transfers every heart beat to my gun but it is nowhere near as bad as under mounts! And what you pay for the top brands, over or under mounts, 150$ solid smooth & easy is worth every penny!
Pros:
- No fighting with legs, no leveling benches
Cons:
- After shooting one day I still cant find any con yet

Yeah. Very nice very well built. I have not shot under it yet due to fire season. I have sat on my porch for hours and banged it around, moved every moving part ad nauseam. I haven’t been prissy with this bipod. I haven’t been a gorilla either. No plastic that i can see, except the rubber tension bushing. The tension wheel is metal. I’ve read reviews about scope obscuration and out of paranoia purchased a 3/4” riser for my scope, cause the mounting block and an m-lok magpul pic rail measures 1 1/8” above my hand guard. My 56mm obj scope sat at 3/8 above with high prof mount and a 20 moa rail. Something to think about. We’ll see if i need it. I mounted it past midway on my hand guard. It hangs the gun which feels really good right off the bat. Very smooth. No fighting with it at all. Ive left the tension half tight and I have not fought it all from benches to prone. Its has a very wide stance. 17” ish, in-to-in. Full ext. ,90* legs. It’s definitely does not feel, look or mount like cheep chinese shtuff. I torqued down the mount to 30 in/lbs multiple times in multiple positions. No stripped screws, no movement, no weird rail misalignment. Im reviewing this bipod as im using it and second after second it just keeps getting better. Way better than any springer pan tilt that ive used. It doesn’t do anything for you ITS not self leveling!?You still have to be a part of the process. But with this bipod the process gets smoother.
Pros:
- The difference between high wire balanceing and zip lining
Cons:
- I havent shot under it yet so i cant see any cons yet
