Greatest Iron Sight ever!
Left with no options after adding Leupold Optics to my M4, I heard about these from a friend on a local City Swat team. Steel not plastic, they bolted on (both front & back sold separately) and checked a lazer sighting device with no adjustments! I was surprised at how comfortable the use of these...

Fatally Flawed
Instead of having a stout bolt in the clamping mechanism that goes across from side to side (something that exists on your typical scope ring), the indexing lug is tapped and a tiny screw is used to secure the clamp. As soon as you tighten it down, it snaps.
Because I broke these while mounting the...

mbus pro offset
Great sight, sturdy, low profile until needed, minimal rail space needed

100% Recommend
IMO best upgraded offset iron sights. I use these as my back ups on all my gear. Rock solid construction and have been beat up time and time again. All metal and very robust. Can’t do better.
Pros:
- easy to use
- Easy to install
- metal
- reliable
Cons:
- price

perfect supplement for magnified optics
I mounted these in place of my previous Magpul flip up BUIS as I went to a magnified prism with a piggyback red dot. Some may think it's a bit much, but it's my rifle and this is how I currently want to set it up. They are a bit slow to deploy, not spring loaded like those they replaced, but they are out of the way and I no longer have to pop off my optic, for whatever reason, to get them running. My only real issue is I had to put my light on the left side of my rifle, which I can now actuate with my left thumb being right handed, so I guess it's not really a bad thing.

45 degree iron sights
Best 45 degree irons sights I but on my AR 15. Works great if you have a red dot with magnifier as far back on your rifle. I set these on in front of my red dot and it works great.
Pros:
- Good Materials
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- AR 15 with magnifier

Quality BUIS
I needed to get some offset BUIS because I added a riser and magnifier to my rifle (previously had the regular MagPul flip ups, not offset). I researched a lot of offset sights and was a little worried these wouldn't fit with my magnifier or they would be cheap feeling. They actually fit perfectly (right behind the brass deflector and in front of the charging handle), and they are solid metal (they look plastic in the photos, but description does say they are metal). They feel really stout and have a positive 'lock' when flipped up for use. I think they should be painted flat black instead of the glossy black, but it doesn't seem to cause glare. Very happy with purchase and I bought a second pair for another rifle.

45 degree iron sights
These iron sights work perfectly for my setup on my rifle. They are perfect for setup that has your red dot and magnifier pushed back as far as possible on your rifle. The materials are super sturdy and hold up well in all conditions. Most of my accessories are Nagoya furniture so I trust these iron sights very well.
Pros:
- Sturdy light weight classy affordable
Cons:
- None

Great affordable option.
Magpul Industries MBUS Pro Offset Deployable Iron Sight – A Reliable Backup Solution
I recently added the Magpul MBUS Pro Offset Deployable Iron Sights to my setup, and they have proven to be a solid and reliable backup sighting option. Whether used as a primary backup for red dot failures or as an alternative aiming solution for CQB to mid-range engagements other than my scope or LVPO, these sights deliver.
Build Quality & Durability
Magpul’s all-steel construction is robust yet low-profile, making these sights highly durable while maintaining a minimalist footprint on the rifle. The Melonite finish adds extra corrosion resistance, ensuring longevity in harsh environments. The detent mechanism is strong, meaning there’s no risk of accidental deployment or collapse.
Ease of Use & Adjustability
The 1:30 offset angle makes transitioning from a primary optic smooth and natural. Adjustments are precise, with the rear sight featuring tool-less windage adjustment and the front sight being easily adjustable for elevation. The sight picture is clear and crisp, offering fast target acquisition without adding unnecessary bulk.
Performance & Practicality
These sights are ideal for AR-15 builds, where maintaining a fast, reliable backup sighting system is necessary. I’ve run them in high-stress drills and low-light conditions, and they remain intuitive and repeatable.
Instructor’s Perspective
As a civilian and law enforcement firearms instructor, I emphasize the importance of ha...
