What a deal!
I was somewhat cautious about buying this sight for $43.50 delivered. I have several NcStar scopes and have never had any issues at all. Red dot sights are a different animal though, and I thought for the features that this price was too good to be true.

Won’t zero - Read below
I like this optic in general. It has three colors with three levels of brightness, all easily selected from a single knob. The 35mm size makes it easy to acquire the target. The problem is that I cannot adjust it far enough to the left to zero it (like some of the other reviewers here.) However, I noticed that I could adjust it very far to the right, so on a hunch I flipped the scope in its mount and then flipped the mount on my rail, and I then had enough movement to zero it. This makes me believe that the cantilever mount is off (the saddle at the top being off-axis with the rail-mount at the bottom.) So far, Nc Star has not been helpful about this. The rep I spoke with suggested that if my solution fixed it then the problem is solved, but to me it’s not. The mount is off, and I’d rather have it replaced so I can mount it the right way, and fully trust my sight.

Optic for my AR15 rifle .
I have wanted this Optic since I tried one on a friend’s AR 15. It looks good and works better than I hoped. Thank you for a great product at a great price. I would recommend this Optic to anyone looking for a good one.

Best civilian red dot
Hey it’s a civilian red dot that for the money you could not ask for anything better. It works great, does what it supposed to do. Will it withstand the rigors of battle?? 99.5 % of you will never know and hope you don’t . Excellent product!Grim

What you see it what you get!
You don't have to spend a ton of money to get a great red-dot sight. In fact, you can get a red-dot, a blue-dot and a green-dot all in one for a great low price. You can't go wrong with this sight. I mounted it on my new Smith & Wesson M & P Sport 2. I looks good and it works great!

Ncstar optics
This red dot is junk I bought one and having the problem it will not move to the left. No matter what you do and they want to charge me 10.00 to return their defective equipment. Not even worth a one star. Done

Eye relief
I really like the mount on this sight , it allows a better eye relief on my SKS. easy install and seems to be secure. I am thinking of getting another for my Marlin camp 9. the cost is minimal for the quality of this Sight.

A scope that is unbelievable for the price!
I put this onto a AK47 pistol. I turned the mounting bracket 180 degrees and reinstalled it backwards on the NcStar scope. By doing this, you get the reach toward the shooter you need because the rails are mounted too far forward which would make the NcStar optic too far forward. Switching the scope mount around like I did put it at a perfect shooting distance for me. This mounting method moves the scope back a few inches This saves you a lot of money mounting additional rails onto your AK47 pistol. It also saves on additional weight of more rails and mounts. XLNT value
I was a little dubious about the price but having used a couple of other NcStar rifle scopes with satisfaction over the years I thought I would give it a try.
First off, this is very well made sight and mount. Secondly, it worked without too much fuss. Bore sighted it and quickly zeroed on paper. After 500+ .223 rounds the zero is still on. Included flip up caps a real bonus!
If I had any complaints it would be that the glass could be a bit brighter on thru transmission, but that is minor at this price-point. I noticed this while walking in the forest at dusk with patchy fog blowing thru. Soaked it good in the rain that day; no glitches.
I like it and plan to purchase at least 2 more, 1 will be for use on an airsoft game rifle my kids use. The airsoft game will be a durability test for sure.

would have ben great if it worked
I have two of the 2 color models both on ar 15 s they work great but I got this 3 colored one and it was dead right out of the box it was going on a jrc 9mm carbine but instead it will be going back
