Well worth the wait
Awesome knife. Took a little while to get it but definitely worth the time for the price.

CPM S30V steel with carbon fiber handle scales. Smooth action riding on bearings deploys with ease whether using the flipper tab or spydie hole.
Razor sharp, hollow ground, wharncliffe blade that creates beautiful lines with the handle.

Beautiful!
This knife is hard to come by! It has been sold out everywhere. I did not mind the wait, well worth it to get my hands on one. Optics Planet was the only place that had one... great price, great service. Can’t say enough about the Spyderco Smock!

excellent EDC all purpose pocket knife
Very well made, compact, rugged, exceptionally friendly to use. The S30V blade stays sharp, and is shaped and factory grind to perfection. Deployment mechanisms are smooth and effortless. The scales and the rest of the body are finished in jewelry like refinement. The snag-free pocket extraction is smooth. Its compact size and well chamfered edges make this knife a true EDC.

Top Quality
Another outstanding product by Spyderco. Absolutely love this knife. Fun, fidgety and buttery smooth. Probably the smoothest knife I own and I have 60 plus folders. Flicks right open with any finger using the thumb hole or the flipper. No blade play just one consistently smooth deployment. Button lock has zero stick to it and with a slight wrist flick it closes right up. Blade was razor sharp out of the box Couldn't be happier

folding pocket scalpel
I am a huge fan of Spyderco knives and am currently trying to collect. This had been a Grail knife a few years ago and never gotten around to getting it. The isn't a Wharncliffe heck I don't know what to even call it but simply beautiful and my new full time pocket queen . AUDIOS BM 940 its been a good decade

What can I say. I wanted this blade and design for a long time. K finally stopped playing and purchased. Where do I Start . This knife is balanced light razor sharp and the action is so smooth. This is the first of many

Great knife from Spyderco
Picture shows the slightly older version of the Smock with the smaller pivot screw, so I wasn't sure whether I would get one of the older models (shown) or the newer version with the larger pivot. I was pleased to receive the newer version with the larger pivot. Really enjoy this knife

The Smock Rocks
It came crazy sharp like all Spyderco knives. The action is smooth and a fun fidget item. It can be opened with a thumb or index finger. The carbon fiber scales have a good grippy texture. For a Taiwan made knife it’s high quality.
