Satisfying lifetime optic!

by Stevey GB, Gear Expert from TX, United States Written on March 21, 2025
The satisfying feel you get when you pick up a Trybe binocular starts before you even touch it, with the way it is packaged. The box is attractive, sophisticated, and modern, and the lid has a magnetic flap. No wasted money here, just good smart function.
Take the binocular out of its semi hard case and let it nestle by itself into just the right places in your hands. It feels great. Notice it is remarkably light for its size, and how quick it comes to your eyes. It has a slightly textured feel to it and it grips your hands without being uncomfortable. Your first fingers automatically fall on the focus knob and you’ll notice how silky smooth it feels while adjusting it. The forest green color on its magnesium body is soothing and classy. The diopter adjustment is located in just the right place.
When you take your first view through these glasses you’ll gasp at the things you never knew you were missing. I was shocked at the performance of these binoculars. The images are as bright as the sky, as colorful as a box of crayons, and feel so comfortable up to your eyes you’ll want to keep them there for hours. It almost feels like you’ve been missing out up until this point. Much of it has to do with the exceptional eye relief, but also with the fact that the eyecups protrude farther out than other binoculars, allowing you to comfortably rest the eyecups to your face, steadying your gaze. These are a superb choice for eyeglass wearers due to the excellent eye relief. The addit...

Most Helpful Positive Review Better than binos costing 2 to 3 times more.
I bought several pairs of bino's to compare in hand so I could make the right choice. I bought these TRYBE Optics 10x42mm ED/HD, Vortex Diamondback 10x42, Burris Signature HD 10x42, Endeavor ED IV 10x42, and also a pair of Sig Sauer Zulu9 9x45. The Sig's had the best optics, but not by a large margin for me. They were the largest and heaviest, and the focus wheel and diopter ring both gave a fair amount of resistance. I like that in a diopter ring so it's less likely to get inadvertently moved, but not so much in a focus wheel. All of these bino's had a somewhat stiff focus wheel. The Endeavo...

by John, Verified Owner from MN, United States Written on May 5, 2025
Glass is fantastic. Old new stock. Purchased on sale. Would have been disappointed if purchased full MAP manufacture advertised pricing. The dampening grease leaking out bridge and diopter. The rubber band was dry rotted for packaging. Asian The ED glass is fantastic.
Pros:
  • ED glass
Cons:
  • Old stock dampen grease leaked
  • Dampening grease leaked out

good clarity for mid priced glass, great in bright sunshine, have not tried at dusk or dawn - these are relatively heavy - but seem to be clear all the way to the edges -i think good value for the $ so far, lets see how they hold up to a marine environment....
Pros:
  • Clear
Cons:
  • Heavy

Male strap buckle

by Male part of buckle, from NC, United States Written on June 21, 2023
The binoculars are great and the company was quick when it came to warranty return and resend. Just having trouble with getting the correct back harness to binocular fitting. I need the male part of the buckle to hook to binoculars. Company has been working with me great though. So we'll see how it turns out.

TRYBE 10x42 Purchased June 2022

by Dan, Verified Owner from SD, United States Written on July 7, 2022
I purchased this binocular after searching and finding no reviews other than the two on this site. It seemed like a risk, yet I was interested enough in the manufacturer’s description and the design. These binoculars, by the way, appear to be related to the Delta Optical Chase, made by a Polish company.

I have spent a week or so with these now and I am impressed. I wear glasses and eye relief is a concern. These have 17mm of stated relief and it does allow a full view without black out. The center is very sharp. Softness does occur as you move towards the edge yet the drop off fades slow enough to not be noticed. The image comes up easily for me without having to fiddle with placement. The field of view is large and has an immersive quality to it that I haven’t found in this price range. I am not sensitive to chromatic aberration yet have another pair of binoculars that I really like that shows it. I have not noticed any while looking through the TRYBE.

The focus wheel is large and rotates smoothly. No play detected. The eye cups are narrow and might be an issue if you do not wear glasses. I tried them without my glasses, and they didn’t bother me. They do come with a set of winged eyecups that can be attached. The fit and finish is very good, and the binoculars feel well made. They feel light. A nice clam case is included. I haven’t used the neck strap, yet it looks decent. There are clips that can separate lower portion of the strap from the upper. This ...

Bought the TRYBE Optics 10x42 for my husband’s birthday present. We will have to do another review after he has the opportunity to use them a few times! I am more than impressed with the logo design though!
