Replaces OEM scope cap with 35 degrees offset mounting surface, for optics with common Trijicon RMR footprint. Two bosses and two 6-32 threads. Right-handed.image

Fits SIG WSOA40203 30mm / 0 MOA ALPHA4 1.535in height mount as issued by US Army with TANGO 1-6T DVO. Places RMR dot at same height over bore as TANGO 1-6T for consistent cheek weld.
