This goes between a the picatinny rail mount and optic. The HS510C optic this is for is most likely too large for your pistol. The HS507C is a pistol size and fits RMR pattern mounts:

The Holosun 503CU uses an Aimpoint T1/T2 mounting footprint. This means you have a huge variety of mounting options for your optic. Since your Holosun includes a lower 1/3 mount, I would assume you are looking for something even higher. Reptilia makes a T1/T2 mount at 1.93" centerline height. Unity makes a mount that brings the centerline to 2.26". You can find both mounts by using the following links:

Will this riser work paired with the American Defense 510C QD mount?

I'm dealing with this issue right now. Actually have two each of the American Defense QD mount. Unfortunately the Holosun spacer will not work with the American Defense QD mount for the 510C red or green dot sight, I have both. Holosun should have warned the customers of this mismatch a long time ago!!!

No, this is not compatible with the HS512C. You would need a standard picatinny riser such as: 67-T8-HSONN29-22410
