What are the reticle options? The images show only a multi-dot BDC reticle. I do not want that, I want the circle with 1 single dot.

That appears to be the only reticle the optic is offered with.

Sig does not currently offer just the shroud as an accessory. It will only come with the Romeo8T as a package.

The 8T has been ruggedized with a shroud, caps, and is IPX8 rated.

This SIG SAUER Romeo8H Red Dot Sight will fit and function as intended on your Sig MCX Rattler. As long as the optic is properly installed, you should not experience any issues while using this with the Rattler.

My astigmatism prevents me from seeing holographic sights clearly. However, tonight I looked through this sight and it was crisp & clear. How???

Probably has something scientific to with viewing the dot through a pair of lenses rather than a dot projected onto a single lense. The extra lense gives your eye something to focus on ahead of the dot. I have the same problem with holographic and single lense reflex sights but not when using a scope style red dot like this or the romeo 5.
