The T.E.S. (Tactical Entry Stock) allows new shooters a simplified and lightweight alternative to a traditional full size buttstock. The T.E.S. offers a compact micro stock design with a short buttplate, made of high-density polymer that is lightweight and .308 sized. This entry stock comes complete with buffer tube, end plate, castle nut, .308 cal car buffer, & chrome recoil spring. Guntec stocks are proven to be one of the most reliable and serviceable stocks on the market. The basic buttstock features a recoil pad and storage compartments for small items such as a pistol grip and cleaning rod. Our customers like the micro size and streamlined look of this stock. Guntec has made several proprietary molds over the years, giving this micro stock the same look and feel of traditional full sized stocks. This stock is much lighter and easier to install than traditional full stocks. With the T.E.S., you only have to install the receiver, buffer tube, end plate, and castle nut. There are no buffers or recoil springs to change out. The T.E.S. is a true minimalist stock, and is a great choice for a first AR type rifle build.
