All Holosun sights are bench tested to 1000G recoil during design and a statistical sampling is tested during production. Of course no recoil simulator can duplicate all field situations, but the response from customers has been that Holosun optics are able to take the recoil for larger caliber firearms including .308 and 12GA shotguns. The AEMS also has a working temperature of -30℃-60℃.

The AEMS (Advanced Enclosed Micro Sight) is a compact optical sight with 2x larger lens surface area than standard 20mm micro style sights for increased FOV. AEMS-Green is made from 7075 aluminum and includes a 1.63 in dot height (lower 1/3 co-witness) Picatinny mount.image

AEMS features include glass flip-down lens covers, Holosun’s MRS (Multi-Reticle System) with a precision 2MOA dot inside a 65MOA circle, Solar Failsafe, and Shake Awake technology. A side mounted battery trays houses a 2032 battery which provides up to 50k hour battery life. Holosun’s Super LED provides 12 intensity settings, 4 of which are night vision compatible.
