It fits perfectly by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner, April 5, 2011
Fits perfectly my Mosin 91/30. Installation without problems: punch out the peg that holds the rear sight ... pull out the spring ... insert provided screws et voila'. Best price too. Pros: Easy to mount Cons: None

bad by Legacy Reviewer, August 7, 2008
its either mosin nagant isnt made to attach this mount or this mount doesnt seem to hold on the rifle, its a guaranteed "will fall off the rear sight" when you installed, good service and pricing but very poor designed product.

Comes loose after two shots by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner, October 23, 2010
Before I used this mount it appeared to be attached securely, but it came loose after two shots. When I attempted to tighten the screws they were stripped. This is one of the cheapest Mosin Nagant mounts available, and now I see why.

M44-91 mount by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner, October 6, 2010
Easy to install and requires no perminant mods to the rifle. Anyone that knows how to use a punch and turn an allen wrench can install this mount. It is solid and DOES hold its zero. I mounted it with the NcStar LER 2-7. Excellent performance fro...
