Is there a dimple to line up the gas block?

Faxon barrels are not dimpled from the factory. The end user/builder will need to dimple the barrel if that is how they choose to install the gas block.

Will a barrell nut slide over the one that comes with the pinned gas block or would I have to remove the block and then re-install it?

No, the barrel nut will not be able to slip over the gas block.

What size gas tube should i order with the 14.5" axon pencil barrel? Pistol, Carbine, Mid or Rifle length??

The 10.5" uses a carbine gas system and the 14.5"/16" both use a mid-length gas system.

10.5" weighs .9 lbs, 14.5" weighs 1.15 lbs and the 16" weighs 1.20 lbs.

These pencil barrels will use a .625 diameter gas block.
