Product Info for Next Level Armament NLX Prime Billet AR15 Upper Receiver Stripped
Each NLX Prime billet AR15 upper receiver starts with a solid Milled 7075 Aerospace Alloy Aluminum block. We cut to length on our Programmable CNC Marvel Saw. After cutting, we perform lathe operations on live tooling Mazak Machines. We then transfer machining to our New Haas SS mills with Touch probe Capabilities. Once completed, we hard coat anodize to mil-spec tolerances ensuring a durable finish. Newly designed NLX Prime billet upper now features no forward assist. This enhances clearance for charge handles while providing a streamline and light weight design. The NLX Prime upper weighs in at 5.9 oz. NLX Prime billet upper and lower receivers weigh a combined 13 oz for a truly amazing set. Whether you want light weight for hunting or competition, our unique design reduces weight for a truly lightweight and strong platform for your rifle.
