I have a keltec sub2000. Will this attach to the bottom rail? Expert Answer

No. This Firefield Rival KeyMod Foregrip mounts to Keymod Rail Systems. The KelTec SUB2000 uses a picatinny rail to mount accessories. So you would need something capable of mounting to a 1913/picatinny rail.
