The 11.5” handguard says it’s for a rifle length gas system. Will it work with a 300 BLK barrel with pistol length gas system? Manufacturer Answer

The gas length is referencing the handguard length needed to mount behind an A2 front sight. Pistol length gas will work just fine.

Will a 10.5 barrel work and if so how far out will it come from the guard ? If not what is recommended barrel length ? Expert Answer

Yes, a 10.5" barrel should work with the 8.5" handguard.

The Prometheus consists of the Dolos take-down system as well as MLOK handguard. Installing this kit on an existing AR15 or new build will allow you to drastically decrease the footprint of your AR rifle or pistol for efficient storage or discreet transport, with a repeatable zero each time it is assembled.
