Matched this with a Griffin Progressive buffer spring and the fire is perfect on a 12.5 and a 10.5 suppressed 556 using a Rise 535 Trigger. Highly recommend that combo. You and your rifle wont regret it if you have suppressed fire.

Most H2 buffers have two tungsten weights and one steel weight that act like a dead blow hammer to reduce bolt bounce. This is one solid piece of steel. It looks well made and it is marked with a H2 stamp on it's face. The one I got weighed 4.37oz...
