Radical Firearms does not specifically state if the Radical Firearms 16 in. 5.56 SOCOM Upper Assembly barrel is lined. However, they do state that the barrel is Melonite Coated.

Amazing upper by Radical Firearms, I was in search of a 16 inch upper and came across this amazing deal and could not let it pass by. Very accurate, shot 1,200 rounds the first day with it and had a good time.

With the RF 16in 5.56mm SOCOM Radical Rail Upper Assembly, you get full customization of attachments with the integrated Keymod attachment points on the sides and bottom as well as the Picatinny rails on the fore end which let you mount lights, optics, lasers, bipods, and other accessories as you please. This assembly kit includes everything you need to complete your AR platform upper receiver except the bolt carrier group and charging handle which are available separately.
