Why do I still see pending charges on my cancelled order?

Why do I still see pending charges on my canceled order?

  • When the order is first placed, a temporary pending charge is placed on the funds. We do not capture your funds until the order can be shipped, and this authorization typically clears within a few business days. You are only charged when the order is in stock and processing for shipment.
  • If you used a debit card or a bank card linked to a checking account, most banks pull and hold the money out of the checking account at the time of authorization. When the card is charged by us, the same authorization code is used, and the funds are captured and transferred to us. If we do not finish processing and charge the card, the banks release the funds back to the checking account within 2-3 business days, but it can be up to 10 business days, depending on your bank's policy. If you used a debit card, please give it a few days, and the funds should be released back to your account.
  • If you used a credit card and see the charge from us on your credit card statement, please email a copy to us or fax the copy to the number below and we will address it with our credit card processor as quickly as possible.
