- Laboratory items
- In order to make sure personal protection items with high demand are available to those who need them most during the current COVID-19 event, no returns will be allowed under any circumstances for any personal protection items, such as protective clothing, masks, face shields, or other protection devices, cleaning supplies, such as sanitizers and disinfectants, thermometers, and other items we provide to medical professionals and the general public to protect their health. We appreciate your understanding.
- OpticsPlanet reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% on returns of opened, used or damaged products and for those returns not following our Return and Exchange Instructions.
