How do I view my order history?
How do I view my order history if I have an account?
- If you have placed your order while logged in, you can find your order information under "Your Order History"
- You'll find all your order details, and can also print an invoice, cancel an order, or return an item.
How do I view my order history if I don't have an account?
- Currently, there is no way to view entire order history without an OpticsPlanet Account.
- Create an account today to track future purchases!
- To view individual order details go to the Check Order Status page and enter your order number and billing zip code in order to receive more information.
How do I view my order history and details from the OpticsPlanet App?
Open your app, open the main menu, and then:
- Tap on Sign in
- Then navigate to "Order History"
