Is there a situation where an order cannot be cancelled?
Is there a situation where an order cannot be cancelled?
It is too late to cancel your order if
- It is almost fully processed and ready for shipping
- Your order has already been shipped
- You have received your order. Once your order has reached these statuses, we cannot cancel, but will accept most returns.
Note that you will not be able to cancel the order through the website after your order has been approved for shipping. Please contact us and we will help you cancel or return your order.
