What if a product I buy is out of stock?
If you order a product that is not available to ship immediately from our warehouse, the product will be placed on backorder. If possible, we will attempt to fulfill that order from an alternative warehouse. Otherwise, the order will remain open until we are able to fulfill from our inventory. You will not be charged until the product comes in stock and your order ships. Please note that Ammunition orders will be filled as soon as we receive your ordered inventory.
- Before the order is approved, you can cancel or change at any time while your product is still on backorder.
- If there is a similar in-stock option available, we will do our best to contact you by phone or email and offer a comparable replacement product.
- If the order has been on backorder for more than 180 days, we will confirm with you that you still would like the item before we ship and complete your order.
Demand for ammunition has greatly increased over the past year and is currently significantly exceeding supply. Unfortunately, that means many out-of-stock orders might experience extended delays. This does not apply to in-stock orders, which will be processed as usual. We are working tirelessly to secure as much inventory as possible, and we have large orders in place with suppliers as we are striving to meet current demand.
If the product is shown as out of stock, you may place a backorder now and reserve your place in line for inventory as it becomes available. We do not charge credit cards until orders are ready to ship. Ammunition orders will be filled as soon as your inventory becomes available.
